到底什麼時候？王維中初登板

釀酒人今天(11日)以6比2擊敗費城人，完成客場3連戰橫掃，不過這場比賽仍未見到台灣選手王維中。美國媒體也特別撰文指出，此系列賽第1戰8局上6分領先，錯過了王維中登板的最佳時機。

今天先發投手Marco Estrada投6局失2分，釀酒人在7局上多添3分後，將領先擴大到為6比2。不過7局下換上的牛棚投手並非王維中，後3局依序由Tyler Thornburg、Will Smith跟Francisco Rodriguez完成。

釀酒人維持該比數直到終場，完成在費城人主場的3連戰橫掃，加上前個系列賽於波士頓連贏紅襪3場，釀酒人連續在客場贏得6場勝利。

關注釀酒人的網站《Brewcrewball》刊登文章，表明此系列賽第1戰8局上6分領先，就是王維中登板的最佳時機。但當時教練團卻選擇用Brandon Kinztler、Jim Henderson完成後2局。

該作者指出，王維中沒有在新人聯盟以上的層級出賽過，球隊會慎選他的大聯盟初登板時機，但當時6分領先還不用他，那到底什麼時候才會用呢？這時讓王維中出賽，可以讓他學習成為更好的後援投手，就算是失分了，球隊也還有3分、4分或5分領先。

釀酒人7勝2敗暫居國聯中區榜首，跟國民並列全大聯盟最佳戰績。王維中9場比賽過去，還沒有等到大聯盟的初登板。
