自由時報 – 〔自由時報記者吳清正／綜合報導〕狄馬力亞的第1個世界盃進球來得正是時候，一腳把阿根廷帶進世界盃8強，他進球後用兩手比出「愛心」，獻給妻子和女兒，卻也讓瑞士心碎。
阿根廷隊長梅西光芒太過耀眼，狄馬力亞等其他隊友在分組賽顯得黯淡無光，但在球隊最需要的時候，狄馬力亞挺身而出。
昨天梅西遭瑞士人海戰術包圍，狄馬力亞負起最多的攻堅責任，尤其是進入延長賽之後，當其他人疲累不堪，他依然活跳跳，在118分鐘進球之前，曾差點從50碼外長射破網，他全場射門多達12次，只有1次沒有射正。
狄馬力亞對於贏球並不居功，他表示：「全部的23個球員和教練團都是英雄，是我們全體給了我們生命，我們把靈魂留在球場上。」
狄馬力亞的表現連對手也為之傾倒，瑞士年輕前鋒德米奇說：「他今天太厲害了，我是他的頭號粉絲，我喜歡他踢球的方式，但是最讓我吃驚的是他能夠衝刺120分鐘的那種意志，太不可思議了。」
