球隊內部人士透露，湖人預計會在本周公佈布萊恩（Kobe Bryant）賽季報銷。

儘管布萊恩並不願意一直坐在板凳上養傷，但對他來說，這絕對是一個正確的選擇。畢竟他已經35歲高齡，本季屢屢遭遇反復傷病的困擾，最重要的是，哪怕他復出也救不了湖人的困境，已沒有任何意義。

據布萊恩透露，他的膝蓋恢復進展相當緩慢，能做的非常少，「進展很慢，這真的考驗我的耐心。我能做的很少，只能踩自行車訓練。」

布萊恩說：「很難講，這些傷真的很奇怪。我沒有見過這樣的傷病，你得看骨頭的恢復速度。你得等骨頭恢復，接著做下一步打算。」根據計畫，湖人將在本週五對布萊恩進行複查。

本賽季布萊恩只為湖人出戰6場、平均13.8分6.2助攻。目前的總得分為31700分，喬丹（Michael Jordan）則為32292分，相差592分。想要超越，只能留待下賽季了！他與湖人續約兩年，因此正常情況下，生涯總得分應能超過喬丹。
